Who are we?
?Coast to Coast Community Trust? is a new group committed to raising awareness, providing information, promoting existing health services and establishing new initiatives that benefit the health and wellness of our community.
Our achievements to date:
Trust set up- Registered as a charitable trust.
Carers Support Network- Established August 2004
Adult Day Centre- Researched, registered as incorporated to the trust, scheduled for opening.
Meals Service- Research, business plan and fundraising action plan achieved.
Health Style Expo (Auckland 2006) - Achieved transportation and incentives for consumers to attend this
free event.
Our Current projects:
Carers Retreat ?Proposal under development in conjunction with Woodhill Park Retreat.
Health information and Advocacy network- Establishment of this service under development with Waitemata
District Health Board
Mini Health Style Expo (Wellsford) - Date set and development underway in conjunction with innovative
health, Waitemata District Health Board and local organizations.

Health promotion- Coast to Coast Primary Health Organization
Te Ha O Te Oranga
Waitemata District Health Board.
Sport and Recreation- Wellsford Skating
Amethyst Dance Academy
Local Development- Wellsford Promotions- Santa Parade
Te Hana Community Trust.
